May 27, 2026 Update Overview Dear visitors, Welcome to Identity V! To ensure smooth operation, Identity V will issue a hotfix on #c74401cWednesday at 08:00（UTC+8）#n. This week's maintenance will be replaced by a hotfix. The hotfix will begin at #c74401c08:00 on May 27, 2026 (UTC+8)#n, during which most of the game modes will remain available, including Quick Match, Custom Mode, Events, and Logic Path. (Note: The entrance to Ranked Match will be closed temporarily during the hotfix. However, Ranked Matches already in progress will not be affected.) After 10:30 (UTC+8), players will have to exit the game to receive the latest patch. Among flowers that bloom forever, the soft murmur of a spinning wheel drifts through the air. Beside an ancient loom stand three Dreamweaver Rabbits, gathering the "wishes" sent by children and weaving them with yarn into sweet and gentle dreams. The Dreamweaver Rabbits work tirelessly, giving the tenderest form to every strange and wondrous fancy. Yet among the towering piles of letters, one wish from many years ago was forgotten. Then, one night, a gentleman wandered by chance into this enchanted garden. There, among the spools of the old loom, he found once more the small and heartfelt wish he had made as a child. Event Story The story unfolds over seven days, with one chapter unlocking each day. Complete each day's story to earn 10 Dream Yarn, up to 70 in total. After completing Day 1, you will receive the [A-rarity Tag] Hazy Dream. After completing all chapters, you will receive [Room Music] Dreamweaver Garden. Down the Rabbit Hole Travel through the garden as the Gentleman Dreamer, chasing the elusive Dreamweaver Rabbit to earn higher scores and obtain Dream Boxes. Open them to receive Dream Yarn or Dream Fragments, up to 20 per day. Divining Dreams You can no longer remember that distant dream. Only its outline and faint impressions remain. Gather those fragments and piece them together in hopes of recalling this strange yet hazy dream. In Divining Dreams, Visitors can combine Dream Fragments obtained from Dream Boxes and record them on the A-rarity Label received in the story. During the event, the text on this Label can be edited. Increased carriage braking speed for the Hunter. Optimized the logic for horses colliding with characters, reducing instances of side collisions. Removed collision checks at the moment of mounting. Horses can now stun Survivors and Hunters only after 0.3 seconds have passed since mounting. Added stairs in the center of the stands for easier access between levels. Custom Battle Controls Adjusted Composer's Cipher Machine controls so tapping the Calibration button no longer triggers the fixed joystick, while dragging still does. Penalties for Violations It has recently come to our attention that a small number of players have violated our Code of Conduct through delaying tactics, match-fixing, maliciously taunting the Hunter, intentionally losing, idling, playing negatively, using cheats, cheating in Blackjack mode, obstructing matchmaking in top-ranked matches, cheating in Copycat mode, displaying aggressive attitudes, using extreme language, and creating maps in Scribbled Ideas that violate our Creator Agreement—all of which significantly affect the experience of other players. We have begun issuing penalties for these violations in order to provide a healthy gaming environment for everyone.
